1. General Terms

1.1 Scope of Services
  • Stylayer Interiors provides interior design and execution services, including space planning, material selection, furniture procurement, and project management.

  • Services may vary based on the selected package (e.g., full home design, modular solutions, renovation).

1.2 Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate property details (measurements, layout, preferences).

  • Approve designs, materials, and timelines before execution.

  • Ensure site access for our team during project execution.

1.3 Modifications & Delays
  • Changes after design approval may incur additional costs.

  • Delays due to client-side issues (e.g., late approvals, unavailability) may extend the project timeline.


2. Payments & Pricing

2.1 Payment Structure
  • Design Fee (Non-Refundable): Paid upfront for concept creation.

  • Execution Charges: Billed in installments (e.g., 30% advance, 40% mid-way, 30% on completion).

  • Material Costs: Based on selections (quoted separately).

2.2 Payment Methods
  • Bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cheque (subject to clearance).

2.3 Cancellation & Refunds
  • Design Fee: Non-refundable once work begins.

  • Execution Payments:

    • Cancellation before execution: 80% refund of advance.

    • Mid-project cancellation: Only unused material costs refunded.

  • Material Orders: Non-refundable once procured.


3. Project Execution

3.1 Timeline
  • Estimated completion time will be provided based on project scope.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain issues) will be communicated.

3.2 Site Visits & Supervision
  • Our team will conduct periodic site visits.

  • Clients must appoint a single point of contact for smooth coordination.

3.3 Quality Assurance
  • We adhere to industry standards for materials and workmanship.

  • Any defects must be reported within 7 days of project completion.


4. Warranty & Maintenance

4.1 Workmanship Warranty
  • 12 months warranty on installation and labor defects.

  • Excludes damages due to misuse, natural wear, or third-party repairs.

4.2 Material Warranty
  • Depends on manufacturer policies (e.g., modular kitchens – 5 years, paints – 1 year).

4.3 Post-Completion Support
  • Free minor fixes within warranty period.

  • Paid maintenance services available post-warranty.


5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Client data (contact details, property info) is confidential.

  • Used only for project purposes; not shared without consent.


6. Dispute Resolution

  • Issues should first be escalated to Stylayer Interiors’ customer support.

  • Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration in [Your City] jurisdiction.


7. Termination
